Burgess Funding Group is a company that specializes in Commercial Real Estate Loans, Commercial Equipment Leasing, and Accounts Receivable Financing (Factoring). With fundings in excess of 10 Billion over the last decade, it is no accident that we and our funding partners continue to serve the ever growing needs of our clients. We provide a wide range of products that many of which are exclusively available to our Group.

While we offer a diverse group of products, unfortunately we are not able to work with everyone. There are numerous constraints that prohibit us from taking on every new project we are presented. Criteria that govern which products we take on can be affected by some or all of the following items:

• Time - We devote an enormous amount of time to each of our clients. The old saying "time is money" is very, very true.

• Size and Scope of the Project - We will never take on a project without being 100% certain that our resources will be fully available to meet the needs of our client.

• Referred Clients - This category sums up over 80% of the projects we decide to represent. Our clients are given an enormous amount of our time and resources, and it shows though the results we offer them and the business the opportunities they offer us!

• Reputation - We have built a long standing reputation for making things happen. While we understand that potential clients will screen who they work with, we of course will do the same. We will never expect you to compromise your values, nor should you ever expect us to do so either.

• Long-Term Returns - We are looking for clients to be our business partners for life. While we do not own your business or project, our responsibility puts us on notice that we need to maintain your best interest above all else. Clients providing the potential for a long term relationship will of course garner additional consideration when your project is reviewed.

While these are only a few of the myriad points we consider, one should understand that the simple rule is that "Time is our gold standard."
